Wash 'n' Go laundry house rules

1. Working hours

The laundry is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, monday to saturday. The self-service section of the laundry room is open 24/7.

2. Using the machines

Please use the washing machines and dryers responsibly.

Empty pockets before washing, and zip up clothing with zippers.

Always follow the machine usage instructions.

Do not overload the machines to avoid malfunctions and ensure effective washing/drying.

Using the machines (dryers and washers) is exclusively at your own risk.

Washing is done in machines with a capacity of 10 kg (max 13kg) and 15 kg (max 18kg), while drying is in dryers with a capacity of 14 kg. Please heed the washer's warning if it is overloaded as otherwise, the laundry will not be washed properly.

3. Sharing the space

Respect the rights of other users to use the laundry space.

4. Cleanliness

Leave the laundry clean after use.

If you spill detergent or softener, wipe down surfaces to prevent slipping.

Please inspect the drum after washing. After use, it is necessary to wipe the rubber and the door of the washer and leave the door open.

5. Losses and damages

The laundry is not responsible for the loss or damage of your clothing.

Be mindful of your personal belongings and do not leave them carelessly in the laundry.

6. Safety

Pay attention to the safety of the laundry. If you notice any irregularities, malfunctions, or inappropriate behavior of other users, immediately notify the competent staff.

7. Using additional equipment

If you use baskets for clothes, auxiliary tables, or any other equipment, please return them to their place so that the laundry is clean for the clients after you, just as it was clean for you.

Please use all additional equipment such as wet wipes, disposable gloves, paper towels exclusively in the laundry. Taking them for personal use deprives all other users of the same pleasant washing experience you had.
